Learn how to make fresh pasta in this hands-on cooking class in Sydney!
This versatile pasta making class is perfect for beginners as every recipe given is super easy to replicate at home. You will start the evening with a glass of wine and then go on to learn how to make three unique pasta sauces.
You will have the opportunity to make fresh pasta from scratch and turn it into Tagliatelle, as well as create a mouth-watering bolognese sauce to serve with your pasta. You will also learn classical recipes such as Penne alla Vodka and, depending on the season, your teacher will introduce a new pasta sauce so you can taste the difference of being exposed to real authentic Italian food.
And when you think it is all over… you still have dessert! After many requests, your teacher’s decadent tiramisu cake will be on the menu.
