During this fun and interactive class, enjoy cooking some of your own dishes while Darrin demonstrates some extra dishes for you to recreate at home. Enjoy all your dishes or take some tasters home for later. All recipes will be supplied to take home.
Learn pulled jackfruit taco, plant-based mac and cheese and Darrin’s eggless scramble. Or nifty ideas for plant-based catering such as home-made crackers with various toppings, nut milk like almond, turmeric latte, coconut yoghurt, kombucha and sauerkraut. Classes are run often and the menu will change frequently so that you can keep coming back to learn more and more creative plant-based dishes.
