Raga Shambhala Concert- Bridging the Himalayas

A celebration of joyful Tibetan song and glorious Indian flute will feature in the Raga Shambhala Concert at the Old Murrumburrah Courthouse, crn Albury and Vernon Streets Murrumburrah. It’s a concert like no other, and certainly one not to be missed.

Tibetan singer-songwriter Tenzin Choegyal will perform with two leading Indian classical musicians.

His music draws strongly on his nomadic roots, and his tireless efforts to preserve the traditions of Tibet.

Accomplished bansuri master Taro Terahara and tabla player Ayako Ikeda are leaders in the thriving and highly competitive Indian classical music scene in Japan.

They have teamed up for a concert which is entitled bridging the Himalayas.

Certainly one not to miss.
