Sashiko is one of the greatest Japanese traditional embroidery techniques which originated over 200 years ago in Yamagata.

Sashiko is very popular with existing sewing enthusiasts who are attracted to its beautiful and unique stitching patterns.

This fun and hands-on workshop is perfect for beginners and we’ll start with stitching techniques and making a small item such as a handkerchief, bookmark, or coaster.

All the materials are imported from Japan so you will get to enjoy an authentic and high-quality experience. Enjoy a friendly and relaxed setting and leave the session with new skills, knowledge and all your beautiful creations.
