Fan of sushi? Learn how to make your own with renowned chef Yoshiko Takeuchi, who has 20 years experience teaching, is the author of two Japanese health-food cookbooks and has worked in some of Sydney’s top kitchens.

Using top quality Japanese ingredients, you will follow traditional methods replicable at home, including essential Japanese seasonings, cooking techniques and a variety of yummy recipes. This class is suitable for vegans.

Some techniques you’ll learn: thin roll, thick roll, inside out roll, nigiri.

You’ll also learn to make tasty fillings like tempura, and treat yourself to a sushi lunch with miso soup and matcha green tea. Life doesn’t get much better than this!

Great for solo adventurers, couples, or special occasions (Yoshiko can tailor classes to suit your tastes and budget).
