Their cool climate varieties grown at Hill Park include Riesling, Chardonnay, Gamay, Pinot Noir, and Tempranillo.

This experience includes an in-depth tour of our vineyard followed by a tasting of our premium cool climate wines, complemented by pairings created by our in house chef and sommeliers.
