Underground – a group exhibition featuring works by Vicky Browne, Simon Reece, Peachey and Mosig, recognised contemporary artists who live and work in the Blue Mountains of NSW, on Gundungurra and Darug land. Using geology as a tool for inspiration and source material, the artists tap into current and cultural discussions referencing their world heritage region, including mining of resources, environmental systems, human impact and the history of fossicking and collections of minerals. Features ceramics, photography, collage, moving image and mixed media. In partnership with NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service Blackheath and the Australian Fossils and Minerals Museum, Bathurst.
