Yin Yoga to ease neck and shoulder pain. Neck and shoulder pain is very common and can make getting through the day without wincing very challenging.
It may make general tasks which you need your arms out in front of you like typing on a computer, lifting, cooking or driving, quite painful.
Yin yoga stretches help to correct the body’s alignment and ease unnecessary soreness and tension from the neck and shoulders reducing inflammation and increasing movement.
In this four week workshop you will be guided through Yin Yoga sequences that have been carefully designed to alleviate tension from the neck and shoulders.
