Please join Bangalay Dining and up-coming chefs from the South Coast, Wollongong, Canberra and Braidwood for South Coast Young Chef Dinner. 5 Chef’s will do 1 snack and 1 course each $85 pp or $115 pp with matched cocktails. And to finish with a dessert option.

With the South Coast as a picturesque backdrop and culinary inspiration, these five young chefs will pay homage to the local, native ingredients through their produce-orientated food.
