Together with industry veterans and business partners Adi Ruiz and Robb Sloan, the trio inject lightning bolts into Sydney’s small bar scene.
Situated on the first floor of a heritage building and boasting recycled, earthy decor, the venue features a daily cocktail menu written on butcher’s paper behind the bar that follows the rhythm of the seasons. For wine lovers a biodynamic list will offer select New South Wales drops, but the award-winning tipples make for fierce competition.
