Byron Moonshine Coffee is a small, family-owned roastery and coffee hub at Federal located in the Byron Hinterland. Over the years, they have put together a tiny team of passionate coffee professionals. Between them, they have covered almost every angle of the coffee chain, from commercially growing and processing to roasting and brewing.

Take the scenic drive along Coolamon Scenic Road towards Federal, visit the roastery and enjoy a bottomless cup of coffee. You’ll receive a bottle of sparkling water, an experienced, friendly guide and a 250-gram pack of freshly roasted coffee to take home.
