Kristy Callaghan a qualified chef, has worked overseas and at the helm of many busy restaurants, followed her food passion and started an artisan preserves and condiments business in 2020. Embracing local and seasonal produce just makes good food sense to Kristy and her products are loaded with an abundance of positive food outcomes. She works with small local farms and producers from the local Growers Markets to preserve, pickle and bake products she is proud of as part of the community of the beautiful South Coast of NSW.
