Established in 1883 in Newcastle, the Earp family company has adapted to the needs of generations of Australians. Located in the beautiful port-side suburb of Carrington, Earp Distilling Co. offers quality, creativity and new experiences to connoisseurs, the spirit curious and everyone in between.

The Tasting Bar is a stylish alternative to traditional pubs and bars, offering views directly into the working distillery. With a seasonal food and cocktail menu, Earp Distilling Co. spirits are offered as tastings or by the glass. The bar is home to various Australian and international spirits, a curated selection of wines and craft beers.

Enjoy a selection of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine in our Barrel Bar, surrounded by hundreds of barrels of maturing spirits – the perfect location for special events and larger group bookings.

Experience a guided spirit tasting, distillery tour or a Gin School class where you become distiller for a day. Our gin school runs twice a week, with private classes available by request. Learn about the distilling process, select botanicals and take ‘cuts’ during your distillation to craft your very own bottle of gin.
