A bakery-come-café offering up a daily serving of baked goods and delicious café meals in the Hunter Valley’s picturesque town of Polkolbin, seven days a week from 7am. This new venue fills a gap in the local market for accessible high quality food and drinks as it fills the stomachs of hungry locals and Hunter Valley visitors alike.

With a focus on locally sourced products; foraged ingredients, local bacon, free range eggs and Fawk Foods’ own popular black garlic range is featured heavily throughout the menu. Café staples such as bacon and eggs, melts, toasties and soups can all be found on the menu, with bacon and egg rolls, banana bread, muffins and other ‘grab and go’ items available for those looking for something on-the-run, allowing visitors an opportunity to spend more time sampling wineries, exploring gardens or hot air ballooning.
