We are a family of food-lovers; dedicated to showing that food can be grown in a way that not only tastes amazing, but actively reverses climate change. By integrating trees into agriculture and managing our Angus-Wagyu cattle with holistic principles, we’re sequestering carbon from the atmosphere, building soil health, and fostering biodiversity. By coming onto our farm to enjoy the wholesome, all-natural food that is produced through this process of regeneration, you’ll be supporting us to keep expanding our ecological farming system.
Running our kitchen is Daniel Medcalf – a long-serving Icebergs Group alumni; the former Sous Chef at Icebergs Restaurant in Bondi and Head Chef at The Dolphin in Surry Hills. Daniel brings well-honed classic techniques and his cooking ethos of “simple, in season and tasty” back to his hometown of Byron Bay.
