They are pleased to have access to some of the Hunter Valley’s most renowned contract winemakers. These include David Fatches, Rhys Eather and Adrian Sheridan. Their combinations of Australian and international winemaking experience, together with their extensive understanding of fruit grown in the hot east-coast climates, make a perfect fit with Gap Hill’s drive for quality and regional distinctiveness.
All of their winemakers have utilised a slow and cool fermentation period to ensure that Gap Hill verdelho retains maximum fruit flavour when fermented to dryness.
