They make gelato. It’s pretty good.
Every flavour you see is made using a unique recipe created by Gelato Messina. They never, ever use pre-made bases or mass-produced flavour pastes. All their gelato is made with their own jersey milk from the farm in Numurkah, country Victoria, and is churned fresh daily. In each of the stores, there is a 40 flavour cabinet, with 35 traditional flavours and five rotating weekly specials.
