Located on Enmore Road in the heart of Newtown, Hartsyard is re-invigorating Sydney’s inner-west dining scene through their delicious menu that merges modern Australian and Asian cuisine, along with carefully crafted cocktails and exclusively Aussie wines.

Together, co-owners and partners in life, Dorothy Lee and Jarrod Walsh have created a menu that is inspired by their cultural backgrounds. They have taken Hong Kong-born Dorothy’s knowledge of Asian ingredients and techniques, and combined it with Jarrod’s take on modern Australian cuisine, all set within a stylish, yet casual dining environment.

The Hartsyard menu is made up of equal parts snacks and larger dishes and is designed to be shared. It features fresh, seasonal produce and changes regularly. Dish highlights include a month-watering pork jowl with tomato vinegar inspired by one of Dorothy’s family recipes.
