Josophan’s – Fine Chocolates, handcraft extraordinary multi-award winning fine chocolates, using Fair Trade Certified Belgian couverture chocolate, and fresh flavour infusions. Fresh ingredients like mint leaves, basil leaves, vanilla bean, lime and chilli are infused into fresh cream, mixed with couverture chocolate, to create ganache fillings with unadulterated, pure flavour sensations, without the use of preservatives or artificial flavours.
Josophan’s Leura facility comprises the retail boutique, and also houses the Chocolate Laboratory where their products are manufactured, seen through the viewing window and where hands-on chocolate and dessert workshops are held. Josophan’s also has a large conference/tasting room, where Chocolate Appreciation Workshops are held. Check the website for upcoming workshop dates, or book a private group experience.
Josophan’s beautiful chocolates, hot chocolate and cakes are also available at her sister business, Cafe Madeleine, 187a Leura Mall, open daily for breakfast, lunch and all-day desserts.
