Lumah Restaurant’s cuisine is Modern Australian with Native Australian flavours. Their philosophy includes paddock to plate and we source (where possible) sustainable seafood and other locally produced meats from our region. Much of their vegetable-based produce comes from our own market garden, using biodynamic and organic principles.
