NOMAD is a cellar door and restaurant situated in the heart of Sydney, with a focus on showcasing local produce and Australian wine. Occupying a warehouse building in Surry Hills, the restaurant came to life in 2013 when owners, Rebecca and Al Yazbek, wanted to fill a hole in the market for an inner-city cellar door.
From their sourdough, brioche, lavosh and flatbreads, made daily by an in-house baker, to the charcuterie cured by head chef Jacqui Challinor, the restaurant prides itself on house-made produce.
NOMAD’s menu is designed to share and is influenced by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavour.
