Welcome to Parafield Olives, located in the Riverina, just outside of Wagga Wagga. The farm has been in the family for three generations and they are happy to supply the local area and the world with their award winning table olives using a traditional, old recipe. The first olive trees were planted in 1935, and inspired the owners to plant a grove of 5,000 trees in 2003.
At Parafield Olives, the olives ripen on the tree. Using organic principles, they enhance the flavour of the table olives by using a natural method of Australian salt and rainwater. This process takes up to twelve months and maintains the nutrients and health benefits of the olives.
The current varieties are Kalamata, Hardy’s Mammoth, Wallis, and Manzanillo. Parafield Olives sell their olives in 500 gram jars by the box, or in ten litre buckets in bulk.
They also provide olive oil and olive tastings for private parties in the old grove, but bookings are essential.
