Printhie Dining has been awarded a hat in the 2024 Good Food Guide and is situated in Orange NSW. Head Chef Jack Brown crafts a set five course degustation menu at Printhie’s Cellar Door. Inspired by his Indigenous heritage, Jack crafts seasonally lead dishes with undertones of native botanical flavours. The menu respects the provenance of the food and the producer but Printhie’s wines ultimately guide the curation of the menu. Indulge in oysters shucked to order from Printhie’s innovative oyster tank, the first of its kind in a restaurant. A delicious treat when paired with one of Jack’s native vinaigrettes. Oysters are paired perfectly with the Swift Sparkling range, considered to be one of Australia’s best.
Situated on the slopes of Mt Canobolas at 1000 metres above sea level Printhie Dining provides commanding views across the undulating hills dotted with vineyards and orchards. You may even see snow during winter whilst nestled inside surrounded by a white landscape. Settle in for a set five course degustation lunch which also has a vegetarian option.
