Sydney Seafood School is located at Sydney Fish Market and has a huge variety of seafood cooking classes for all tastes and all degrees of competency. There’s a wide range of two, three or four hour classes on various cuisines and cooking styles, from a simple paella to a delicious seafood barbecue, as well as weekend workshops with leading chefs such as Paul Carmichael, Christine Manfield and Alessandro Pavoni.
All classes start with a demonstration, then guests roll up their sleeves and prepare the dishes for themselves, before sitting down to enjoy them with a complimentary wine tasting.
