Pasta Emilia opened its doors in 2005 in Bronte when it was still the beating heart of artisanal start-ups. In 2012 it was time for a new home on Riley Street in Surry Hills. The new space enabled Anna to add the dining room she had always wanted to and the opportunity for regular cooking classes.
At Pasta Emilia, they enjoy opening their hearts and recipe books to share age old family secrets on how to make and enjoy classic favourites. Whether its in the art of pasta making, developing a sensational menu for your special occasion or sharing the experience as a team building activity.
