The $4million venue is an impressive undertaking from entrepreneur and local coastie John Singleton. Not only has he financed it, he’s convinced award winning chef Sean Connolly to run Bonfire, its premium restaurant.
The Bon Pavilion will host everything from Veuve Clicquot masterclass dinners to bottomless brunches. Live music is on every weekend, spanning everything from acoustic to folk, indie to pop.
