The Sydney Chocolate School provides three hour chocolate schools every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Learn the art of hand tempering on marble! You will make chocolate bars, slabs of chocolate, and hand flaked drinking chocolate.
Courses in truffles, marshmallows, caramels, and artwork also available. Course fees include all chocolate on the day and a goodie bag to take home.
They are located on the Harbour foreshore, and champagne high teas are available. Private groups and corporate also catered for.
