Set within the iconic 3 Weeds pub, Merivale is bringing executive chef Mike Eggert’s famous flavours to the Inner West with the opening of Totti’s Rozelle.
The restaurant will plate up all the signatures – including Totti’s famous wood-fired bread and antipasti, as well as serving a formidable selection of handmade pastas – including spinach pappardelle with kale and pistachio and chitarra with clams, garlic and chilli – plus chicken and fish dishes wood-roasted in the Josper charcoal oven.
Totti’s Rozelle introduces a new dessert bar serving traditional gelati, sundaes and Italian classics like tiramisu and panna cotta. On the drinks menu, Italian-inspired cocktails and organic wines steal the show, in a spot set to be a new favourite among locals.
