Founded in 2017, Where’s Nick is both a shop and bar located in Marrickville, run by a bunch of wine nerds.
The purpose of Where’s Nick is to spread the team’s love of interesting drinks, to take the elitism out of cult alcohol and encourage people to think about what they are drinking and where it comes from.
Where’s Nick primarily sources from sustainable and organic winemakers who produce wines that are made with minimal inputs while still being clean and terroir-driven.
The food is broadly inspired by the wine bars and tavernas of the Mediterranean, the menu also incorporates elements from chef Sunny’s experience in Michelin-starred venues across Japan and Korea. The menu ranges from bite-sized snacks and house-made focaccia to medium-sized sharing plates and larger offerings of pasta and seafood.
