Woodburn Olives is a grove of 1100 trees composed of three Italian varieties, Frantoio, Lecchino and Pendolino, near Walla Walla, NSW (about 40 kilometres north of Albury in NSW).
They can supply oil in 250ml and 500ml bottles, and two litre casks.
Oil in casks, where the oil is in an airtight bladder, keeps very well. It can be used over a longer period of time, as air, which is detrimental to the oil, cannot get to it.
