Fosterton Farm is situated in the beautiful Fosterton Valley, just out of Dungog on the Williams River. The farm produces biodynamic / organic food which is grown and produced taking care of the land, the animals and the environment. Their main produce includes biodynamic sourdough bread, along with a range of sweet and savoury pastries, freshly-milled biodynamic/organic flour biodynamic beef lucerne and grass haypasture-raised organic chickens for eggs.
They also grow vegetables and herbs, they have some fruit and nut trees and a few beehives. This produce is used both domestically and in the bakery. You can purchase Fosterton Farm goods from the local supermarket or at the fresh produce markets.
