Hawkesbury Regional Museum is located in one of the country’s oldest settlements – the third on mainland Australia after Sydney and Parramatta. The Museum also provides local visitor information. Books and souvenirs are available for purchase.

Hawkesbury Regional Museum is an award-winning museum designed to provide optimal conditions for displaying objects and the comfort and convenience of visitors. Also on site is Howe House, a historic house that has been fitted with furnishings and displays that reflect its many uses over more than 200 years of history. The house is open for inspection at 11 am and 2 pm on weekends and during the week for booked groups. The Museum is closed on Tuesday.
