Baan Baa

Rural

Baan Baa sits 40 kilometres South East of Narrabri on the Kamilaroi Highway. Once a bustling railway village it is now primarily a grain terminal servicing the region’s cotton and grain industries. It is also rich in coal deposits.

The small town has a church, community hall, tennis courts and cricket ground. Visit the historical Baan Baa Pub for refreshing drinks and country meals. Baan Baa comes alive during grain harvest season.
