The town of Bilbul is located in the central part of the Riverina, six kilometres north-east from Griffith and six kilometres south-west from Yenda. It is a large farming area of rice, grapes and oranges. Bilbul is also the home to the family owned winery De Bortoli Wines who have their cellar door open to the public.
