Greenhill is on the Armidale Road just on the outskirts of West Kempsey. Greenhill has a school and motorbike raceway. The Kempsey Winery Trail passes Greenhill as well as the Slim Dusty Way Scenic Drive. Both Dangars Creek Winery and Mesopotamia Deer Lodge Park are located along Spooners Avenue at Greenhill.
