Boatshed Number One hires a range of boats for all budgets. With Houseboats for the ultimate Forster Holiday experience, Luxury barbecue boats that fit up to 15 adults, half cabins runabouts that fit up to eight adults, and a variety of other powered boats for the fishermen and women to those who just like to cruise the lake.
They also have a large variety of paddle equipment, featuring Transparent Kayaks, paddle boats, fishing Kayaks, canoes and stand up paddle boards.

Forster’s Boatshed Number One is open from 8am-5pm during the warmer months and 9am to 5 the rest of year, weather dependant. They also take bookings and can open earlier if you want an early start on the water to catch the big ones.
Forster Houseboat Hire offers three Houseboats in their hire fleet. The 45 Foot “Wallinghat” which sleeps up to 10 people, and two 33 foot Houseboats, the “Wang Wauk” and the “Coloongolook” which both sleep up to six people.
The hosts Joel and Tessa will show you the best parts of the lake to explore based on your desired experience. whether its to relax and unwind, catch fresh crabs and fish for dinner. They will even take you and get you anchored at one of the locations if you are not experienced at handling a larger houseboat.
All linens are provided and all houseboats have GPS, depth and fish finders plus charging stations for your USB and 12 volt accessories.
