Lorella Springs Wilderness is part of a virtually untouched one million acre cattle station located 180 kilometres along the road between Borroloola and Roper Bar, 29 km north of the Savannah Way. This huge, remote private property offers an unforgettable Top End experience with nearly 30 kilometres of coastline, plus waterways, wetlands and swamps, rock formations and mountain ranges, chasms and gorges, numerous water holes and natural springs and a variety of wildlife.
The campground at the station homestead includes en-suite deluxe rooms or brand new air-conditioned Cabins, and acres of shady, grassy camp sites beside a natural hot water thermal spring. The homestead includes office and reception open everyday, meals under the stars, a licensed bar, a coffee shop, souvenirs and a shop with basic supplies, ice and ice creams.
With nearly a 1,000 kms of 4WD tracks we have it all at Lorella whether it be for swimming, bird watching, bush walking, fishing or simply relaxing by the hot springs.
Fishing opportunities include two fishing camps with boat ramps and numerous billabongs.
Scenic helicopter flights and coastal tours are also available.
Bookings are only required for accommodation, NOT for campground.

Each cabin can fit up to 5 people with a Queen bed, plus a bunk bed (2 singles) and roll away bed.
En-suited shower and toilet, air-conditioning and satellite TV.
The new cabins are located right in front of a hot spring, at the base of the range and the sunset walk. Each cabin has its own veranda and sitting area outside of the room as well as a mini fridge and private BBQ outside of the room, and a power point outside of the room available from parking spot.
There are acres of mowed grass camp sites along the banks of the spring, only a short walking distance from the thermal pool. Select your own camp and relax to the gentle sounds of flowing water. Shared amenities across the campground, with flushing toilets and hot showers via a donkey hot water system (collect firewood anywhere).
