Djakanimba Pavilions

Our architect-designed guest accommodation is in the heart of Beswick/Wugularr; an Aboriginal community one hour south of Katherine via a spectacular scenic drive. Four stylish, spacious and simple elevated rooms are available year-round for couples and groups wanting comfort while immersing in Aboriginal culture.

Each room has air-conditioning, a queen bed, small fridge, microwave, linen, crockery, cutlery and tea/coffee. The rooms are energy efficient and ideal for both work and leisure travellers who can self cater. Two rooms share a large bathroom and are connected by breezy verandahs to enjoy the surrounding views.

Guests have access to our new camp kitchen which includes a full size fridge/freezer, an electric stove/oven and a sink. Pots, pans and general cooking utensils are provided. There is also a gas bbq for outdoor cooking surrounded by the sounds of nature.

When you stay with us you are guaranteed that your room rate is going straight back into a local Indigenous enterprise that supports remote art, culture, training and employment.
