Get up-close to the prehistoric crocs! Cruise on Adelaide River, home to over 1,600 Crocodiles. Enjoy the banter and stories about the crocodiles from the experts on board the cruise as you watch these prehistoric creatures at close range. After your mini-adrenalin rush of watching crocs snap their jaws just metres away, continue to the window on the Wetlands Visitor Centre for relaxing views over the Marrakai Plains.

Be captivated by the natural wonders of Litchfield National Park and its thundering falls, rainforests and historic sites. After a short stop in Batchelor we head to the National Park where you will marvel at the intriguing architectural works of the local termites; the Magnetic Termite Mounds. View the breathtaking cascades of Florence Falls before making your way down the stairs to the pristine plunge pool below where you may like to take a refreshing dip. Another highlight are the magnificent Tolmer Falls; a truly spectacular sight. You’ll marvel at the water cascading down into the deep waterhole at the base of the falls. Ready for another swim? Enjoy an Aboriginal cultural experience on the Tiwi Islands. Meet a Local Guide who will take you on a journey through the Aboriginal community of Wurruminyanga. You’ll learn about the Tiwi people and gain an insight into their rich culture and lifestyle. Visit the Tiwi Museum and Mission where your guide will tell you colourful stories about the early mission days. Enjoy a morning tea of billy tea and damper with some Tiwi Ladies while they work on their weaving and painting. Explore the world renowned Tiwi arts and crafts co-operatives – and possibly even some of them working. Then set out for a scenic drive through the wilderness of Bathurst Island. Relax by a local waterhole where a delicious picnic lunch is served. To finish of your trip, stop at a picturesque lookout which is the setting of a Tiwi burial site and learn about the complex rituals associated with the Pukamani Poles (burial poles).
