Australian Wilderness Adventure

Adventure and Outdoors Tours Extended Nature and wildlife Walking and Biking Tours

Australian Wilderness Adventures is a tour company born from a desire by two of Australia’s most experienced wilderness guides, Holger Strie and Richard Mayne, to take people into the wilds of our beautiful country, onto the paths less travelled and into the heart of the Australian wilderness. Our focus is on small group, deep immersion wilderness experiences; their commitment is to sustainable eco-tourism principles. They employ passionate, highly experienced, professional guides who deliver world class tours in some of the most spectacular places in Australia. They understand that by looking after the wilderness areas and having a total ‘leave no trace’ policy they are preserving the areas that they visit for future generations. They abide by and believe in the philosophy that when you look after the land, the land looks after you.
