Situated 32 kilometres from Kakadu National Park, Mary River Wilderness Retreat and Caravan Park is on the banks of the Mary River in a tranquil bushland setting. Travellers can enjoy the natural surroundings bordered by river frontage. The wildlife is spectacular, especially the wallabies, crocodiles and birds. This night time walk is a prefect chance to view some of the Top Ends nocturnal fauna. Leaving from the reception area with your guide, you’ll set out to find some of the many nocturnal birds and animals that have made their home at the Mary River Park. Possible sightings include wallabies, Antilipine wallaroos, Rufus owls and Barking owls, tree frogs and cane toads, crocodiles, bats, snakes and more.
