Notraces is running off-track bushwalking tours in Litchfield National Park and in the Kimberley.
We will go where others do not go, to discover little-known cultural sites and some natural pools that we will explore by swimming.
In Litchfield National Park, we offer off-track bushwalking tours of 3,5,7 and 9 days.
The 3 day tour at Sandy Creek allows those who have a short time to enjoy the landscapes and natural pools of Litchfield. It is also a great introduction for those who want to experience off-track bushwalking in Northern Australia.
The 9 day/8 night tour is leading bushwalkers from the iconic Sandy creek falls to Surprise Falls. It is a combination of all other shorter Litchfield’s tours and a bit more! Bushwalkers will explore a wild untouched world of creeks, swimming holes, cascades and gorges.
In the Kimberley, we are offering bushwalking tours at Purnululu (Bungle Bungle) and the Carr Boyd Ranges near Kununurra.
In Purnululu, beyond Cathedral gorge and the domes, we will explore “The 5 Fingers” in Piccaninny gorge. They are 5 gorges sometimes 200 meters high. We will explore and swim a world of unreal dimensions.
In the rarely seen Carr Boyd, we will explore the South and the North. We will walk through spinifex country, heading towards swimming holes in tropical rivers, exploring dramatic gorge and searching forgotten Art Sites.
