Visitors marvel at the stunning uninterrupted views of the East MacDonnell Ranges and soaring sandstone walls creating an informal but warm atmosphere. Visitors appreciate the ‘wow’ factor as they experience a sense of space like no other. The soft sandstone of the quarry is used extensively as a natural canvas to project images, film and Aboriginal Art onto the towering rock walls.

Working with Alice Springs Convention Centre and Double Tree by Hilton, a selection of dining experiences can be arranged from casual to fine dining, where the contrast of a rustic bush setting meets grandeur and elegance.

The Quarry has hosted countless high profile conferences and events, festivals, photo shoots, weddings, and concerts for visitors from all over the globe.

The Outback Bush BBQ Dinner is located 14kms from the Alice Springs CBD, ‘so close to town with the privacy of the bush’. Visitors step off the coach captivated by the setting sun, exploding in a ray of colour, adrift the great expanse of Territory sky.

This fun-filled evening of entertainment and outback cuisine is set in the remote and isolated East MacDonnell Ranges. You will not be left hungry as you tuck into a mouth-watering meal of prime Australian beef, the best the land has to offer. Enjoy a cold beer or wine from the Aussie Bush Bar, and while you wet your whistle, relax and get to know the local people who will share with you the epic story of their life and survival in this harsh land. Underneath a chandelier of stars, an authentic bush balladeer sings timeless Australian songs. The music delights and captivates all who listen. Throughout the night, The Aussie Bush Bar serves a supply of bottled red or white wine, beer or soft drink and all is included in the price. The food is impeccable and includes a tantalising selection of unique Australian cuisine.
