Parrtjima Film – Bran Nue Dae

Jimmy Chi’s coming-of-age musical comedy is an exuberant ride through the 1960s. It follows an Aboriginal student on the west coast of Australia who runs away from a Catholic boarding school with his cruel headmaster in hot pursuit. He meets plenty of eccentric characters along the way during the journey back to his hometown.
