ARIA Award-winning performer Kaiit is a proud Gunditjmara and Torres Strait Islander on her mother’s side and Papua New Guinean on her father’s side. In 2018 she won the Archie Roach Award for Emerging Talent. Kaiit launched a campaign in 2021 to allow her to exit her record label and continue to release music. As an independent artist, with a creative vision sustained by a deep spiritual connection with her ancestors, this incredible vocalist is making an impact on the neo-soul scene.
