Big Red’s Rollin’ Smoke is Alice Springs’ only American style BBQ food truck. Enjoy gourmet BBQ 3 nights a week, the menu is based around slow-cooked meats including brisket, steak, chicken and pork. All meats are cooked low & slow on Yoder Smokers, which were imported directly from Yoder, Kansas, USA.
