Livingstone Recreation Reserve

The Livingstone Recreation Reserve is an organisation run by a volunteer management committee who ensure a range of services and facilities are available for all to enjoy, especially the rural community.

The Reserve is situated just off the Stuart Highway at 35 Livingstone Road, Livingstone, approximately 10km from Noonamah.

Set amongst 64 hectares of natural bush land, the Reserve is home to the Livingstone Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade and the Litchfield Horse and Pony Club.

There are a range of amenities at the Reserve including a large open Hall, oval, beach volleyball court, playground and a picnic area.

The Hall, which is available for hire, is used regularly by community groups and is a great place for birthday parties, weddings and community meetings. The “34 Mile Bar and Bistro” is a permanent bar where home cooked meals are available. The Hall features a pool table, large screen televisions and a superb garden.

The licensed bar and kitchen are open every Friday night and drinks and food are sold at family affordable prices and free WiFi is available. Live music every month, on the last Friday of the month.
