The kitchenette is fully equipped with a gas hot plate and a small fridge. The cottage has a separate bathroom and shower as well as a private covered area.

Rustic James Farmhouse has a large lounge room with a wood burning fireplace and a piano. The dining room also has a wood burning fireplace and is well equipped to seat large groups. There is a well appointed kitchen with additional seating for those quiet morning cuppa’s. The original wood burning stove remains and remains useable if you dare!

There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 x double beds, one bedroom with 1 queen and 1 single bed, as well as a sleep out with 2 single beds and day bed. There are 2.5 bathrooms.

Outdoor covered dining is available with your own private BBQ.
