Burrum River Orchard

This is a hosted stay through Hipcamp, below is the information provided by the Host regarding their offering.

Camp on our stunning, private, Riverside or Orchard campsites where you will have boat access to the beautiful Burrum River to enjoy fishing and crabbing, or spend the day exploring on a kayak. We have private dam stocked with Barramundi, where you can fish by catch and release or pay per kilo to keep- $12.50 per hour.  Maybe take a tour of our Aquaculture farm, by appointment only. The beautiful fishing village of Burrum Heads is only 5 minutes away and Hervey Bay is just 25 minutes.  Barges to Fraser Island half hour, or dive the navy ship the Tobruk just off the coast of Burrum Heads. Campers are required to be self sufficient with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure.  Kids 5 and under stay free! Well behaved pets who are kept under control at all times are welcome only. Please check his with the host beforehand.
