The lounge and main bedroom have smart television with Netflix and WiFi. A beautiful electric fireplace creates an atmosphere as well as warmth. Fully ducted air-conditioning throughout.
The home has a single lockup garage with control-a-door which has internal access to the house. There is room for a further car in the driveway. Additional parking would be available on the large front footpath. Port-a-cot and high chair available. Sun-drenched yard with outdoor table setting and barbecue.
